A little help.

Nothing is changing on a website

Open the extension toolbar popup on the website. Check site access, the master switch, the website switch and “Hide AI features.” Use Retry if disconnected. Coverage depends on recognised labels and page layout; some features may remain visible. Chrome’s own pages and other extensions’ pages are outside coverage.

Something disappeared that I wanted

Turn “Hide AI features” off for that website to restore hidden elements. If you manually hid the element, use Undo immediately or Settings → Your hidden elements → Restore this element. Category switches in Settings let you narrow automatic filtering.

There is no text label

Text signals are optional and off by default. Eligible English passages need at least 80 words, and the classifier may produce no strong signal. Scroll the passage into view and check the assessed count in the popup. Unlabelled text is not verified human. Recognised private workspaces need an additional explicit analysis opt-in.

A text label seems wrong

Open it to inspect the exact sample, then dismiss it. The local classifier can flag human writing and miss AI writing. Its output is not proof of authorship or quality. You can disable text signals while continuing to hide AI interfaces.

Report an issue

Open More controls → Report an issue, add the website name, category and a brief description, then download the local report. Nothing is submitted automatically. If you want help, email the publisher with the report and your Chrome/OS versions. Include only information you are comfortable sharing; avoid passwords, private messages and unnecessary account information.
